Shipping policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

Products typically ship within 48 business hours from the time you order.

Pre-Orders: When you purchase a Pre-Order Item, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will charge you upfront in full for the item, plus any shipping/handling costs. As soon as the product becomes available and in-stock in our warehouse, we will typically ship the item(s) within 48 business hours.

For Pre-Orders, you have the right to request a full refund at any time before we ship the item(s). If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund.
